In addition to the project plan, many customers require the latest project status information to have a clear picture of the development process. As a very important part of basis and ensure that the development process, the requested documentations will be submitted to our customers. Normally, weekly project status reports are submitted, including the work completed in the previous week and the work will be completed in the next week. For the critical activities or phases, if the customer requires, the work report can be created on daily basis.

We will store the system requirements, modifications, project plan, status reports, issues and everything necessary in a central location. These documentations make the development process traceable and help our customers monitor the project on a real-time basis and ensure that the whole process of project implementation will never be out of customers' control.

The following documentations for each development phase will be recorded throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
