Preface

Happiness is a butterfly which when pursued is just out of grasp... But if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. But you never know when she is going to fly away from your shoulder and what else is coming to you. The Beijing Olympics was joyful and has created a chance for more and more people to get to know more about this 5000 years' old country and the Chinese people who are also eager to know more about the world. Unfortunately there comes the economic crisis afterwards. Recession, inflation, unemployment¡­ Negative words keep jumping into our eyeshot. The challenge is fatal nevertheless corresponding opportunities are hiding still in the darkness of the current economic crisis. But is there anyone aware of the accurate position of the hidden opportunities? Therefore we held an internal discussion for the topic "Economic Crisis & Nova's Solutions" for the sake of great ideas collection; we organized outdoor trainings in order to help the engineers with their work passion and creativity; we upgraded the Nova website so as to attract more potential clients' attention to our services; we polished our policies for our internal evaluation on the in-house engineers' technical capabilities and other skills when undertaking a project; and we are now trying to share our technical expertise and problem solving skills with you - our clients, leads and friends, for the sake of good development of our business relationship. Nova is all set to win this challenge and enjoy the pursuit of happiness as we all know, there is no "Y" in the happiness; it is an "I".
