Company History

Chongqing Branch, whose predecessor was the .Net R & D (Research and Development) Center of Shinetech Software Development Inc, was officially registered and founded in June 2007. Chongqing Branch has been developing reposefully at a reasonable pace since it was established in March 2005, expanding 1 person in the very beginning into 24 employees by this time.

Specialized in software outsourcing industry, our business scope covers offshore software R & D center, software customization service, system maintenance, technical support, software migration, and products R & D, etc. Presently, we focus on software R & D based on .Net platform including both Web system and windows applications.

Most of our clients are from Europe, America and Canada. We have successfully accomplished at least 50 projects for more than 30 clients in the past 3 years. Accordingly we have accumulated extensive experience in the international cooperation and project management.
