Why do we recruit a bunch of junior developers?

independent entrepreneurs. Some of them have simple and repetitive work to outsource. If we could have much more cheaper developers
undertake those tasks, it would be a perfect way for those clients to cut down expenses.
In a relatively large team, junior developers can also play a great role based on reasonable team structure and excellent system design.

Rates
Our junior developers are college graduates or senior students, who have already been considerably skilled but only lack of
