Why do we recruit a bunch of junior developers?

Because we want to meet more requirements from the clients. At present most of our clients are Small to Medium Enterprises or independent entrepreneurs. Some of them have simple and repetitive work to outsource. If we could have much more cheaper developers undertake those tasks, it would be a perfect way for those clients to cut down expenses.

In a relatively large team, junior developers can also play a great role based on reasonable team structure and excellent system design.

What can they do for you?

Rates

Our junior developers are college graduates or senior students, who have already been considerably skilled but only lack of experience with complex and large projects.
