Complex Web System Development with DNN Solution

We helped the client rewrite an existing PHP website using DNN technology. One of the challenges for this project is its complex business logic especially that we need to dig it by reading the PHP source code. The other challenge would be the SEO problem.

The above picture shows the search result module of the project, it involves complex business logic, for instance, a paid landlord will have a higher property level than free landlord. Meanwhile, the result list supports sort by price and we can get accurate position for the apartment using Bingmap.

An online survey system with Dotnetnuke

This project is about an online survey which we built for a Belgium client, the system allow user to register (we implemented a custom register module for the client), custom his/her profile, and select a industry or category to answer several questions under the category. Then the system will do analytic statistics according these answers and generate a report for the user.

The picture shows the report module we implemented in the system, we used MS Chart to statistics the data. It can be exported to PDF file and allowed to email to someone.

The figure on the left shows the configuration rules for the UrlRewrite module, which support 301 redirect and mod-rewrite. We not only made the UrlRewrite keep the existing SEO range, but also improved the SEO range for where the old website did not good enough.
