Long-term contract

One of Nova's features is we have the ability to build a long-term and reliable partnership with clients. Thus, the long-term contract model has become our main business model.

A long-term contract model can:

1. Either turn Nova developers into an extension of client's local team. The client himself can get involved in project management and task assignment;
2. Or build up a steady product development team (traditionally known as ODC). Nova will provide service throughout the whole software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, system architecture, development and testing.

Strict screening

Each employee has gone through a strict screening process to make sure they possess qualified technical skills and strong sense of professionalism and integrity. Phone interview is available upon client's request.

Free trial

Nova offer free trial period for every developer who is working under long-term contract. For existing developers, the trial duration is 1 week and for newly recruited developers, the trial will lasts for 2 weeks.

Free transfer period

When one existing member has to leave the development team, Nova promise to provide a sufficient transfer period to ensure the project knowledge to be passed onto the new member. And this period will be free.

Sharing learning cost

When the project requires some mainstream technology which we are not familiar with, Nova is willing to share the learning cost.

Whole-course Transparency

Nova guarantee to completely share all the project situations without any reservation or subpeption.

Strict internal management

While client is remotely controlling the team, inside Nova we will also offer multi-level supports to make sure the project goes well.
