Nova News: A German client chose Nova as their long-term outsourcing vendor

The client is a German sales and marketing company, which specializes in information and communication technologies in Europe. At first, they got an outsourcing vendor in India, whose rate was only half of Nova's. Due to the unstable quality and low efficiency, the company made up their mind to switch to a new vendor. Initially the client only assigned 4-hour work per day to our developer, most of which were fixing bugs and adding features. Two weeks later, the client was very satisfied with our working efficiency and quality, therefore they decided to transfer the cooperation mode from part time to full time, and assign the developer a complete migrating project of which he will take full charge. At present, the client has signed an outsourcing contract with Nova, which will last to 2011.
